We also offer a voluntary 24-month warranty on our products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as malfunctions that occur without external influence. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, incorrect handling, external influences, normal wear and tear, or use outside of the intended specifications. In the event of a warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
